The story:
HSBC set out to redefine recruitment in the financial sector — proving that talent knows no boundaries. This global campaign celebrated diversity by highlighting opportunities for people from all walks of life and industries. The message was clear: at HSBC, your potential matters more than your background.

The idea:
The execution
centred on social-friendly interview videos featuring real HSBC employees whose previous careers were outside banking. In each story, they shared how their unique background led them to HSBC, the roles they found, and how the inclusive and inspiring work environment became a place they truly enjoy. The tone and manner were tailored for social media — authentic, relatable, and human — to connect with a broad audience and inspire candidates who may have never considered a career in banking.
